My New Home!

I have been testing out this blogging thing a bit on MySpace, but like the format and options of Blogger...So I'm moving!

And, as a first post at my new home, I wanted to do a little update about what I've been up to since the new year began.

I've been talking with a publisher about my second book. This one will be something the whole family can enjoy, including the family pets of course! I've also been developing a raffle program for non-profits. I want to offer my artwork for a raffle in order to help raise money during this tough economic time when many organizations are desperately hurting for funds. Third, I've been painting the rest of my Couch Pawtato series, for those collectors who joined my Art of the Month Club. http://www.ronburns.com/couchpawtato/index.html And, fourth, we just got a new hi-tech video camera and have been busy playing around with it, so I can show everyone what all goes into my painting and my philanthropy. It's sort of strange seeing myself on camera so much, but Buff is starting to consider herself quite the accomplished director!

And...just trying to be all that my furry kids, Logan and Emma, already think I am.
